SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders. That’s cool, right? 😉 Order dispatch generally takes 2-5 Working days for most items. In some cases, it may take up to 7-10 working days, depending upon the availability of a particular product or change in courier policies or due to public holidays.

Customers usually receive their products within 2 or 3 working days, once they are shipped. This delivery period may be longer for more remote locations. RETURNS
Want to return an item? No problem. We have made it super easy to return items without any hassle. Simply go to contact us, send us your order details and select the desired mode of return and replacement option. Once we receive your request, it will be processed and approved by our Returns Team and the selected choice of return will be sent to you within 7 business days.
We offers a 7 day replacement guarantee* (The time frame within which you can exchange a product). It takes 7-12 days for the new replacement or the store credit, after we receive the old product.

NOTE : We don’t provide refund/we provide the replacement for the product.

Ordered a wrong model/size? The product doesn’t match the ordered product? Received a damaged/broken product? Call or mail us and we will have your order undergo a return process for which you would have to send the product back to us at:
Offline Address
There are two ways in which we accept returns,
1. Reverse Pick-up: We can get a reverse pickup arranged with which you can hand-over the articles to the courier guy along with the original slips, packaging and unused items packed carefully. Once we receive the products in our warehouse, after scanning and quality check, we will give you a replacement of your choice. In exchange of the article, you can either get a COUPON CODE generated of the same amount that you’ve paid for or you can get a replacement for the same articles.
2. Self-Ship: In some remote areas/pincodes, the courier companies do not have a reverse pickup service and therefore, you would have to send the articles back to our return address mentioned above. Please pack the articles carefully and make sure the products are unused, along with the original slips and packaging. You must mail us the tracking details so that we have a record of the parcel. In exchange of the article, you can either get a COUPON CODE generated of the same amount that you’ve paid for or you can get a replacement for the same articles.
We will re-imburse Rs. 100/- for the shipping cost that you’ve paid for in a form of a coupon code issued against your name.
You will receive a replacement product within 3-5 days after we receive the parcel.
For ‘On-Sale’ products, we offers an exchange only if the product arrives in a damaged condition or is defective.
To claim an exchange for a product, please get in touch with us as soon as you take delivery.
We do not provide any refund whatsoever. You can always exchange the product for the same amount.
PAYMENTS
We accepts all major credit and debit cards as well as net banking payments. We also offer cash on delivery in most cities in India, though that costs additional of 50rs. (Sorry, but yes.)!
If COD is not available at your address, the order will automatically get cancelled by our system within 24-48 hours.
