We offer free shipping on all orders. That’s cool, right? Unless It's COD. Order dispatch generally takes 2-5 Working days for most items. In some cases, it may take up to 7-10 working days, depending upon the availability of a particular product or change in courier policies or due to public holidays.

Delivery Time:

Return Policy:

1. Eligibility for Return:

You can return items within 3 days after receiving them. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging.

2. Non-Replacement Policy:

Please note that we don't provide replacements for returned products.

3. Return Process:

Contact our customer support at care@statusmantra.com / 9730390081 to initiate a return and get a return authorization. Once authorized, you'll receive instructions on how to proceed with the refund.

4. Courier Charges:

There's a Rs. 180 courier fee for processing the return, which will be deducted from your reimbursement.

5. Refund Process:

We'll start the refund process upon receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. After we receive the product, please allow 0–7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
